About your data
What this policy covers and when it applies.
This policy explains what personal data is used when you visit FRUKT GAME, create an account, place bets and play games, deposit funds and make withdrawals. Personal data is information that relates to you or can identify you.
The data required depends on the feature you use. You can browse public sections without registering. A personal account and financial transactions require additional information; mandatory fields are marked in the relevant form.
Reading this policy does not mean you consent to every use of your data. Processing requires an appropriate basis, and where separate consent is necessary, it must be requested separately.
Account and site usage
Information you provide and information about your use of the service.
- Registration uses your email address, password, selected currency and acceptance of the rules. Your account is associated with its number, name, email verification details and betting preferences.
- Your account records your balance, accepted bets, selected outcomes, stakes, odds and settlement results. When games are launched, information about the game session and related transactions is stored.
- Accessing the site transmits your IP address, browser and device information, request time and requested page. This data is needed to deliver content, maintain your login and protect the service.
- If you submit an enquiry, its content and any materials you attach may contain personal data. Do not include information about other people or documents that are unnecessary to resolve the issue.
- If a particular transaction requires identity, age or payment method ownership verification, the purpose of the check and the required information must be explained before you provide it.
Payment information
Data used for deposits and withdrawals.
Financial transactions involve processing the amount, currency, chosen method, payment number and status, transaction time and association with your account. This information is needed to credit funds, make payouts, provide transaction history and investigate disputed payments.
- For card deposits, the form may request the card number, expiry date, CVV2 security code and payment confirmation code. The entered information is sent to the payment service to carry out the selected transaction.
- Bank withdrawals use the card or account number, holder's name and bank details you provide. Cryptocurrency transactions use the wallet address, currency, network and transfer details.
- Saving a card for future transactions is offered separately. Saved details can be deleted from the card selection form. Deleting a saved card does not delete the history of completed payments.
- A cryptocurrency transfer may be visible on a public network. Addresses, amounts and transfer records on that network are not deleted when your site account is deleted.
- Enter payment codes only in the form intended to confirm the payment. Do not send your account password, CVV2 or one-time codes in messages or attachments.
Why data is needed
Account operation, settlements, security and meeting obligations.
Processing to provide the service you request relates to fulfilling the terms of service. Certain actions may be required by law or by legitimate interests in protecting the service and players, taking their rights into account. The basis depends on the purpose and applicable requirements.
Service emails, such as email verification or access recovery, are necessary for the corresponding action. Receiving them does not in itself constitute consent to marketing emails.
- Creating an account, verifying email, signing in, restoring access and saving selected preferences.
- Accepting and settling bets, launching games, recording balances, deposits and payouts, and displaying transaction history.
- Protecting accounts and preventing duplicate or unauthorised transactions, misuse and fraud.
- Handling enquiries, reviewing disputed transactions and sending necessary account access messages.
- Meeting applicable record-keeping, verification and disclosure obligations to authorised bodies.
Cookies and saved preferences
How the site remembers your login, language, betslip and favourites.
Cookies are small records a site saves in your browser. Other browser storage helps retain preferences and temporary information. These allow you to continue using the service when moving between pages or refreshing the site.
Embedded services may use their own cookies and usage measurement tools. This policy does not replace a separate choice for optional technologies where such a choice is required by applicable rules.
- Login cookies identify your current session and protect actions in your account. A separate record stores your selected language.
- Your browser may store selected outcomes and the stake of an unfinished betslip, favourite events and tournaments, odds change acceptance settings and information that helps sports sections load faster.
- Temporary records help you continue an action after refreshing the page and avoid submitting the same bet or payment again.
- Browser settings let you delete site data or restrict its storage. After clearing it, you will need to sign in again; unfinished betslips, favourites and local preferences may disappear. Accepted bets and account history are not deleted by this.
- On a shared device, sign out and clear saved site data: some preferences and unfinished betslips may remain in the browser after signing out.
Who receives data
Payment partners, games, sports statistics and site maintenance.
External services may have their own data processing terms. Read the relevant policies before visiting their pages. The scope of data sharing depends on the feature you use.
Suppliers may process data in other countries. Such transfers must take applicable data protection requirements into account; a supplier's location does not in itself remove your legal rights.
- Payment services and participating banks receive the information needed for your selected deposit or payout, transaction confirmation and related enquiries.
- When you launch a game, its supplier receives information for the game session: your player identifier, selected game, IP address, language and currency. The supplier also processes game actions and results needed for settlement.
- Embedded sports statistics and event visualisations are provided by third parties, including Sportradar. When they load, the supplier may receive your IP address, browser information, viewed event and widget interactions, and may use its own measurement tools and cookies.
- Website hosting, connection protection and email delivery providers may process data to the extent needed to provide these services.
- Information may be provided to authorised bodies in response to a lawful request, or to protect rights in resolving a specific dispute.
Retention and deletion
Why different information may be kept for different periods.
Retention periods depend on the purpose of the data, account status, the need to complete transactions, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Login data, betting history and payment records serve different purposes and are not necessarily deleted at the same time.
An account deletion request does not mean all related information is deleted immediately. Financial transaction records and other data may be retained where needed for mandatory record-keeping, pending settlement, verification or protection of rights. Such information must be used only for the remaining grounds for retention.
You can delete saved browser preferences yourself. This does not replace a request to delete account data. Once the grounds for retention end, personal data must be deleted or anonymised so it can no longer be linked to a person.
Protection and secure access
How information is protected and what depends on the account holder.
Account protection uses access checks, login attempt limits and action confirmation. Passwords are not stored in plain text; saved payment details are encrypted. These measures reduce the risk of unauthorised access but do not replace care by the account holder.
- Use a unique password and secure the email account linked to your account. You can change your password in your account area or restore access through the login window.
- Do not save your password on someone else's device, and end your session after using a shared computer.
- If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and review your recent bets and payments.
- Check the site address before entering personal or payment information. Do not open a login form from suspicious messages.
Your rights and enquiries
Access, correction, deletion and questions about processing.
Depending on applicable law, you may request information about processing and a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, and object to certain uses. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it; this does not affect the lawfulness of actions taken before withdrawal.
In a personal data enquiry, provide your account email address, the nature of the request and the information to be checked. Use only official FRUKT GAME contacts. Do not send passwords, payment codes or unnecessary document copies. Before data is disclosed or an account changed, confirmation that the request comes from its owner may be required.
The response and available actions depend on the nature of the request and applicable obligations. If a request cannot be fully met, the reason and available next steps must be explained. You may also contact the competent data protection authority where that right is provided by applicable law.
- Account and email verification information is available in your account area; bets and payments appear in the corresponding history sections.
- A saved card can be deleted when selecting a payment method. Browser preferences and records are managed separately.
- Do not send personal data in public comments, on social networks or to contacts whose authenticity you have not verified.
Age and policy changes
Protecting minors and keeping terms up to date.
FRUKT GAME is intended for adults aged 18 or over, or a higher age set by applicable rules. Do not create an account on behalf of a minor or give them access.
If you learn that a minor has provided information or is using an account, report it through the service's official contacts. Provide only the information needed for verification. Access and further data retention must be determined with child protection and mandatory requirements in mind.
This policy may change when site features, partners or applicable requirements change. The current text is published on this page. Significant new purposes for data use must be explained before that processing begins; separate consent is requested where necessary.
Use a unique password and sign out after using a shared device.
