Bet acceptance and settlement rules

General provisions

Who can bet and which terms apply to a bet slip.

These rules govern participation in FRUKT GAME sports betting. A bet is an agreement on the outcome of a selected event; the entire stake may be lost. Winnings are not guaranteed.

Only people aged 18 or older may participate, subject to any higher minimum age under applicable law. Use the service only where you are permitted to bet. Access to the website alone does not establish such permission.

The selected market terms, sport-specific rules and these general rules apply. Special terms clearly disclosed before acceptance take precedence for the relevant matter. Mandatory requirements of applicable law remain in force.

  • Before submitting, read the market name, selected period, outcome, odds and stake.
  • Do not circumvent age, territorial or personal restrictions or provide access to minors.
  • Sports betting rules do not replace separate game, promotion or personal-data processing terms.

Account and information

A personal account, accurate information and secure access.

  • Use one personal account and provide accurate information. Registering for another person, transferring or selling accounts is prohibited.
  • Keep your password private and use an email account you control. Do not share passwords or one-time codes with third parties.
  • Email verification confirms access to the address. It does not verify identity, age or eligibility to bet.
  • If identity verification is required, provide only the requested information using the designated secure method. Document requirements and the verification purpose must be clear before submission.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and check transaction history. Do not create a second account to bypass restrictions on the first.

Bet acceptance

When a bet is accepted and what to check before submitting.

Adding a selection to a slip does not mean a bet is accepted. Acceptance occurs after confirmation and an entry with the bet number appears in bet history. Until then, odds and availability may change.

The stake is deducted from available balance on acceptance. With several singles in one slip, all separate stakes are added together. Bets on credit or above your available balance are not accepted.

  • Available minimum and maximum stakes appear in the slip and depend on selections, odds and account limits.
  • Pre-match and live bets are accepted while the relevant selection is available. Acceptance may be suspended at any point before confirmation.
  • Live scores, times, statistics and streams may be delayed. They help you follow an event and do not replace the selected market terms.
  • If no confirmation appears, check bet history before submitting again. Each separately accepted bet is independent.
  • After acceptance, players cannot change the selection, stake or odds at will. Cancellation or early settlement must be separately offered in the interface.

Bet types

How singles, accumulators and systems work.

Single

A bet on one outcome, independent of other singles. If several selections are chosen in single mode, the stated stake applies to each and a separate bet is created for each.

Accumulator

One bet on two or more outcomes from different matches. Total odds are the product of the selected odds. All counted outcomes must win for a full win; one loss loses the accumulator.

Only compatible selections may be combined, with no more than one outcome per match. A voided outcome counts at odds of 1.00. The rest remains active; if all outcomes are voided, the stake is returned.

System

A “k from n” system contains all accumulators of k outcomes from n selections. For example, “2 from 3” with A, B and C consists of A + B, A + C and B + C.

The total system stake is divided between combinations. Before confirmation, the slip shows the number of combinations, stake per combination and total cost. Dividing 300 equally in a “2 from 3” system gives 100 to each of three accumulators. If currency precision prevents equal division, check the allocation shown in the slip.

Each accumulator is settled separately; the system payout is the sum of all combination payouts. Winning some selections does not guarantee return of the whole stake or a profit: payout depends on odds and winning combinations.

  • Systems include compatible outcomes from different matches. Available system sizes and restrictions are shown in the slip.
  • A losing outcome only loses the combinations containing it. Other combinations continue to settlement.
  • A voided outcome counts at odds of 1.00 in every combination containing it. Originally allocated stakes remain unchanged; if all outcomes in a combination are voided, that combination’s stake is returned.

Early settlement — Cash Out

Closing a bet fully or partly before final settlement.

Cash Out is voluntary early closure at an offered amount. Offers are available for selected bets and may change, be suspended or be absent. Do not assume Cash Out will be available when placing a bet.

The amount is shown before confirmation. For a cash-funded bet, it is the total payout, including any returned original stake, not just profit. It may be below the stake. For example, closing a stake of 100 for 80 returns 80 and loses 20.

  • Sending a request does not guarantee Cash Out. It takes effect only after successful closure is confirmed and recorded in history; until then, the bet remains active. If an offer changes, check the new amount before confirming.
  • Full Cash Out credits the agreed amount to balance and closes the bet, which no longer participates in original settlement. Later match results do not change the payout. Players cannot reopen a closed bet at will.
  • If partial Cash Out is offered, the closed portion, payout and remaining stake are shown before confirmation. Only the remainder continues in original settlement; the closed portion is not paid again.
  • For a system, the offer may apply to the whole system or individual combinations, as stated before confirmation. Published promotion terms also apply to bonus bets.

Odds and settlement

Payout, net winnings, refunds and rounding.

Decimal odds are used. A fully winning single or accumulator pays its stake multiplied by accepted odds. Payout includes the original stake; net winnings are the difference between payout and stake.

For example, a stake of 100 at 2.50 pays 250, giving net winnings of 150 in the bet currency. A loss pays zero. A full refund pays the original stake.

  • Before acceptance, odds changes follow your slip setting: accept all changes, increases only, or confirm manually. Check the setting before submitting.
  • After acceptance, normal market movements do not change the accepted odds. Potential payout shown in the slip is a full-win calculation, not credited money.
  • For integer totals or handicaps that refund on equality, an exact match to the line counts at odds of 1.00. Markets with a separate Draw outcome follow their own terms.
  • Partial wins, partial refunds and other special settlements apply only to markets that disclosed those terms before acceptance.
  • IRT amounts are stated in whole tomans; final payouts are rounded up to a whole toman. Other available currencies are rounded to two decimal places: a third digit of 5 or more increases the second by one.

Results and refunds

Completed events, postponements and voided outcomes.

Settlement uses the result of the event, period or statistic named in the accepted bet. Official competition-organizer results are the basis; where a market specifies another statistics source in advance, that source applies.

A provisional score on a scoreboard, stream or match page is not by itself a basis for settlement. Schedule changes or a temporary stoppage do not alone mean a loss or refund.

  • Postponed, interrupted or cancelled matches follow the event and market terms published before acceptance. There is no single waiting period for all sports.
  • If an event is finally cancelled and the selected outcome cannot be determined, the bet is refunded. Outcomes already conclusively determined before stoppage retain their results unless specific rules state otherwise.
  • Check specific terms if the venue, participants or match format changes. Such changes do not automatically void all bets.
  • Incorrect settlement is corrected under the same terms that applied at acceptance. Official-result corrections are assessed under the market rules published in advance.

Rules by sport

Regulation time, extra periods, sets and special markets.

Always check whether the bet covers the whole match, one period or a particular statistic. “Including overtime”, “regulation time”, “qualification”, “set” and “quarter” define different settlement terms.

Football

  • A standard match’s regulation-time market covers 90 minutes plus referee-added stoppage time. Extra time and penalty shootouts are excluded.
  • Qualification or final-winner bets including extra time are settled under the relevant market terms.
  • Half, corner, card, player-goal and other statistic bets use only the named period and statistic. Short-format matches use the announced duration.

Ice hockey

  • A standard match has three regulation periods totalling 60 minutes. Regulation-time markets exclude overtime and shootouts.
  • Winner markets including overtime and shootouts use the final result after those stages. Whether they count for totals, handicaps and statistics is separately defined by market terms.
  • A period bet is settled using that period’s result.

Basketball

  • Match and period lengths follow competition regulations. Regulation-time and overtime-inclusive bets are different markets.
  • “Including overtime” markets count extra periods. A quarter or half bet counts only the named segment unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Totals, handicaps and individual statistics use the stated period and statistics source.

Tennis

  • Distinguish match winner, set winner, total games and individual game markets: one market’s result does not determine the others.
  • Tie-break and match tie-break treatment depends on the competition format and specific market terms.
  • Walkovers, retirements and disqualifications are not automatically treated as ordinary match completion. Specific market terms apply; without them, undecided outcomes are refunded and conclusively decided outcomes retain their results.

Deposits and withdrawals

Your own funds, payment details and transaction terms.

  • Use only payment methods you own and accurate details. Paying for someone else or using another person’s cards or accounts is prohibited.
  • Available methods, currency, limits and terms are shown when arranging a transaction. If conversion or a fee applies, check the amount before confirming.
  • Crediting time depends on the payment method and required conditions. A pending transaction does not mean money has already been credited or paid.
  • Check transaction history before paying again. Carefully check withdrawal details and, for digital currency, the transfer address and network.
  • You may withdraw available own funds, allowing for unsettled bets and transactions. Bonus terms apply to the bonus and related winnings; undisclosed wagering requirements are not imposed on your own money.
  • Documents for mandatory verification may be needed for a particular transaction. Verification must not be used to withhold funds without justification.
  • Do not use the account to hold or transfer third-party funds. Tax obligations follow applicable law.

Bonuses and promotions

Only the published terms of the selected offer apply.

Promotions are voluntary. A bonus requires a specific offer and fulfilment of its terms. Having an account or depositing alone does not guarantee a bonus.

  • Before participation, expiry, eligibility, claiming and usage, wagering requirements, allowed bets and any bonus-winnings withdrawal restrictions must be available.
  • A bonus amount is not the withdrawable amount when wagering or other offer conditions apply.
  • Do not claim the same offer again through extra accounts or another person’s information.
  • An already received bonus’s terms are not worsened retrospectively. Restricting or cancelling a bonus must relate to a specific breach of published terms.

Fair play

Prohibited conduct and fair error correction.

  • Fraud, impersonation, collusion, competition-result manipulation and use of unlawfully obtained information are prohibited.
  • Do not bet on a competition if your participation, official role or sports-organization rules prohibit it.
  • Do not deliberately exploit faults to obtain duplicate credits, bypass limits or interfere with the website.
  • An obvious error in an event, outcome, odds or amount affects only the related bet or transaction. Accepted odds must not be arbitrarily replaced because a result is unfavourable to the bookmaker.
  • A bet accepted after its outcome was already determined is voided and that outcome’s stake refunded. Ordinary live bets on still-undecided results remain valid.
  • Account restrictions and disputed adjustments must have specific grounds. Suspicion alone does not automatically justify confiscation of the entire balance.

Responsible gambling

Personal budget, breaks and help when control is lost.

Betting is entertainment with a risk of losing money. It is not a way to earn income, solve financial problems or recover past losses.

  • Set the money and time you are prepared to spend in advance. Treat it as an entertainment budget and do not increase it after a loss.
  • Do not use borrowed money or funds for housing, food, treatment or other essential expenses.
  • Take breaks. Do not play under the influence of alcohol, while severely stressed or to immediately win back losses.
  • If stopping is difficult, stop betting, tell someone close and contact a specialist or gambling-support service in your country.
  • Protect accounts and devices from access by minors.

Questions and disputes

Information that helps resolve a bet or transaction question.

For bet questions, retain the number, date, event, selection, stake and a short explanation of the disagreement. For payment questions, the transaction number and date are enough; do not send full payment details, passwords or one-time codes.

Disputes are reviewed against the accepted terms, confirmed result and transaction history. The decision must state a clear outcome and cite the applied rule. Correcting an error does not remove the player’s right to dispute the result.

Rights to contact competent authorities and other remedies under applicable law remain available.

Rule changes

Document versions and already accepted bets.

Current rules are available on this page. Players are notified of significant changes before they take effect.

A new version applies to bets accepted after it takes effect. Accepted bets’ terms are not worsened retrospectively. Obvious errors are corrected under the rules effective at acceptance.

If a market term is unclear or contradicts general rules, do not bet until clarified. Ambiguous wording must not be used to arbitrarily change a result to the player’s disadvantage.

Save these rules and revisit them before choosing a new bet type.
